Orders and Payments
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
It can take up to 10 working days to fully create and process your order, prior to dispatch. You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched in accordance with the shipping/postage option you selected.

At Melts So Good we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with please contact us within 48 hours via our email address:
Returns Policy
We're sure you'll be delighted with your purchases from Melts So Good but we understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return items, such as if a parcel arrives damaged or faulty. If you have any issues with any product you receive, we are more than than happy to try and resolve your issue.

Should your item(s) be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier
Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
we are not responsible for return postage on any items that are returned that have been ordered in error.

Our products are made in small batches to ensure they remain of the highest standard. As a result there may sometimes be a small wait for orders, potentially 7-10 days.
